    Leverarm rows allow you to target the primary muscles in the back, as well as work the biceps. Remove the bench and set the Leverarm to its lowest position first (the safety bar may be placed in the holder at the rear of the machine to allow for a full range of motion). With feet shoulder width apart tilt forward at the waist and keep your back straight.Using an overhand grip, row the handles up towards your chest pausing momentarily at the top to squeeze the muscles in the back.

    Control the arms back down, stopping short of making contact with the safety bar, if in use. Try with the Squat Bar attached as well as removed, using different grip positions to change the feeling in the back.
